Julian Chadwick's Jubilee

This cake was created for the fiftieth birthday of Julian Chadwick, the Chairman of the Latin Mass Society and Knight of the Order of Malta. The design was chosen by one of his friends. The various coats of arms are those of his home county, Carmarthen; his school, the Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe and his college, Christ Church, Oxford. The black and white logo is that of his firm, Pennington's Solicitors and the white eight-pointed stars are those of the Order of Malta. The figure on top is Julian himself in the habit of Knight of Magistral Grace, and the beagles represent his great love of beagling.
