This cake was made for the winter wedding of Joseph and Catherine. Catherine wore Korean national dress, Hon Bok, for the occasion, and her little sugar figure is also wearing it.

Lucy, this cake was the BEST cake we have ever had in our whole life. We brought it from England to the States so that our family could taste your wonderful cake! What a fab and beautiful cake you made for us on our most memorable day! The little Joseph and Catherine figures are on our bed side at all times reminding us of our wedding day.
