Joseph and Catherine

This cake was made for the winter wedding of Joseph and Catherine. Catherine wore Korean national dress, Hon Bok, for the occasion, and her little sugar figure is also wearing it.

Books and mortar board

This cake was a birthday present from his wife to Professor David Robertson. It features several of the books he has written as well as a few titles by other authors which he particularly admires.
